yachts are to maintain a speed that allows following\nboats to keep in st
ation. In favorable winds\, sails should be set up so as not to exceed\nfo
ur knots of speed.\nAn appropriate Salute consists of “dipping” the ensign
\, with the Skipper and crew\nfacing starboard with head gear doffed. Boat
s without ensigns will salute by luffing the\njib. The salute will be take

burgees. The first\nboat will cross the Reviewing line at 1930 hrs.\nThe g
uard frequency for the Sail Past is channel 68 VHF. Those with VHF sets\nw
ill relay information to those without. In the event of an emergency\, a w
arning will be\nbroadcast to all vessels.\nFor safety\, the accepted rules
of the road are to be observed.
