Club Membership Change or Resignation Form
Please use this form if you want to change your membership class or resign. I.e., From Senior to Associate.
Please note that any outstanding dues or fees must be paid and your account must be up to date for your resignation to be accepted.
Members who resign before June 1st (3 months after the membership March 1 renewal date) will not be required to pay their membership dues for the current year prior to resigning.
Failure to pay dues or other outstanding fees may result in your account being sent to collections or your application may be refused should you wish to rejoin the club at a future date.
