RKYC Clubhouse Rentals
The RKYC Clubhouse, built in 1901, is a heritage building built in the classic style with construction techniques largely borrowed from ship builders. It's set right on the water and has been lovingly maintained and tastefully upgraded over the years. It is, without a doubt, the most spectacular place in the Saint John area to hold your wedding, anniversary, birthday or office function.

Clubhouse rentals are available for both members and non-members, but RKYC members enjoy substantial discounts. It pays to be a member! Learn more!

A large screen TV and a PA system are available for presentations

The Clubhouse Bar
We have a fully stocked bar and a bartender is included (if desired) with every rental. Please see our extensive bar list and pricing.
We also have Moosehead and craft beers on tap.
If we don't have exactly what you want, please indicate your requirements when filling out the the rental contact, or contact us in advance of the event.
Catering
Our preferred caterer is River's Edge Catering. Call River's Edge @ 506-847-7545 Ext. 226 to find out what they have to offer.
*Please confirm menu and date with River's Edge Catering, or the caterer of your choice (if food is to be served), prior to signing the RKYC rental contract and paying deposit.

| Evenings - Monday through Thursday - 6PM and later | $295.00 |
| *Friday or Saturday Evenings or Weddings- Times to be negotiated | $650.00 |
| *Saturdays - until 5:00 PM | $445.00 |
| Sundays - until 5:00 PM | $445.00 |
| Sunday Evening - 6 PM and later | $445.00 |
Call/email us to discuss rates for smaller, or shorter time duration events.
Friday, Thursday and Wednesday (in season) evenings are usually reserved for club events. Inquire at the office for availability on these days.
*Holiday rates will be the same as the published Saturday or Friday night rates.
A 50% deposit (+HST) is required from non-members or large groups, to hold the booking.
HST will be added to all rates.
Yes we do have member discounts!
Senior Members - 50% discount
Associate Members - 25% discount
Note: In order to take advantage of member's rates, an RKYC club member must fill out and sign the Club Rental Agreement in his or her name and he/she will be responsible for any damage and or charges related to the event.
Book Your Event
Please check our online calendaring system to see if the clubhouse is available on your required date(s). Many upcoming bookings are also listed by date on the upper right of this page under Upcoming Events.
If your date is available, a clubhouse rental contract will need to be filled out and digitally signed to put your booking in place. The RKYC Office will then confirm your booking and invoice you for the deposit. See below:
